One of the large-scale projects under way for which JoMar Development & Construction Inc. was instrumental in locating is the Port Manatee Industrial Park, a 136-acre site in Manatee County, Florida, where FedEx has constructed a 15-acre regional distribution center.

She is a member of various professional associations, including Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Women, International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), recognizing her expertise in commercial and investment real estate.
